Located directly on the waterfront along Langelinie promenade, it operated as part of Copenhagen’s early infrastructure providing water to the city. The building was later repurposed and opened as a wine bar in 2008, maintaining much of its original industrial aesthetic – exposed brickwork, high ceilings, and large windows overlooking the Øresund strait are defining features. The venue regularly hosts live music performances, primarily focusing on jazz and acoustic genres, creating an intimate setting for both artists and audiences.
