Vega is a multi-room music venue located in Vesterbro, Copenhagen. Originally constructed as a theatre in 1996 to replace the older Vega theatre which closed in 1993, it quickly became a significant hub for both Danish and international artists across various genres. The venue comprises three distinct spaces: Vega Kongen (The King), Vega Ridehuset (The Riding House), and the smaller Vega Junior. It’s recognized for its excellent acoustics and intimate atmosphere, particularly within Vega Kongen – the main concert hall where Lettieri is scheduled to perform. Vega hosts approximately 300 concerts annually and is owned by the Danish foundation Koda, which supports creators of music.
