Råhuset is a cultural venue located in the Nørrebro district of Copenhagen. Originally constructed as a municipal building housing various administrative functions – specifically related to waste management (‘Rå’ referring to ‘råd’, meaning council or city hall) – it was later repurposed as a space for music, theatre, and other artistic events. The building retains much of its original architectural character, presenting a raw and industrial aesthetic. It's known for hosting both established and emerging artists across diverse genres and frequently features performances with a focus on experimental and alternative music. The venue’s capacity is approximately 350 people making it an intimate setting for live experiences.
