The Mahler Chamber Orchestra will perform at Musiikkitalo in Helsinki, Finland on October 15, 2026. Musiikkitalo (Helsinki Music Centre) opened in 2011 and serves as Finland’s leading concert hall and a central hub for music education. Designed by LPR Architects, the building houses two main concert halls – the larger Concert Hall and the smaller Paavo Berglund Hall – alongside rehearsal spaces and facilities for the Sibelius Academy. Its acoustics were meticulously planned with input from Yasuhisa Toyota, aiming to provide optimal sound quality for a diverse range of musical genres. Musiikkitalo was built on the site of the former Finnish Radio Symphony Orchestra building and represents a significant investment in Finland's musical infrastructure.
