Xian Zhang will conduct a concert at Taper Auditorium in Seattle, Washington on April 15, 2027. She currently serves as Music Director of the New Jersey Symphony Orchestra and Principal Guest Conductor of the BBC National Orchestra of Wales.

Taper Auditorium resides within the Paul G. Allen Center for Computer Science & Engineering at the University of Washington campus. Originally constructed in 1972, it was named in honor of Ben Taper, a prominent Seattle businessman and philanthropist who contributed significantly to the university’s development.
