Test Venue, located in Valby, Denmark, is a multi-purpose event space primarily utilized for concerts, conferences, and theatrical productions. Originally constructed in 1995 as a rehearsal space for the Danish National Theatre, it was subsequently renovated in 2007 to accommodate public events. The venue is recognized for its adaptable design – capable of hosting both seated and standing audiences – and its focus on providing high-quality acoustics. It regularly hosts both established international acts and emerging Danish artists across various genres. The building’s architecture incorporates elements of modern Danish design with a practical emphasis on functionality. It currently has a capacity of approximately 800 people depending on event configuration.
