Originally constructed in the 1930s as an automotive repair shop and warehouse, the building underwent renovations to become a performance space in 2014. The venue is known for its intimate setting and focus on showcasing a diverse range of musical genres including indie rock, experimental music, Americana and local artists. It features a relatively small capacity – approximately 450 standing or 250 seated – contributing to its reputation for close-quarters performances.
