The PKF – Prague Philharmonia, established in 1991, is recognized for its interpretations of classical and romantic repertoire, alongside a commitment to performing 20th and 21st-century compositions. The orchestra distinguishes itself through a project-based approach, frequently collaborating with internationally renowned soloists and conductors, fostering diverse artistic perspectives. Its performances are noted for their stylistic precision and emotional depth.

The concert on March 28, 2027, will take place at the Elbphilharmonie in Hamburg, Germany. Opened in January 2017 after a decade of construction and significant cost overruns, the Elbphilharmonie is situated atop a historic warehouse in the HafenCity district. Designed by Swiss architects Herzog & de Meuron, the building is celebrated for its distinctive glass facade constructed from over 1,000 curved glass panels.

The concert hall within—the Grand Hall—is renowned for its exceptional acoustics, achieved through the “White Skin” interior design by Yasuhisa Toyota. This design features a custom-made reflective surface that diffuses sound evenly throughout the space.
