The orchestra maintains a tradition of historically informed performance practice while embracing contemporary musical approaches. It frequently collaborates with internationally renowned soloists and conductors.
The concert on October 1st, 2026 at the Elbphilharmonie in Hamburg marks a performance by this esteemed Austrian ensemble within a building celebrated for its architectural innovation and acoustics.
