Mike Hadreas, known professionally as Perfume Genius, is scheduled to perform at the Hollywood Theatre in Vancouver, British Columbia on September 27, 2026. The Hollywood Theatre originally opened in 1935 as a movie palace during the golden age of cinema. Facing potential closure in the 1990s due to declining attendance, it was successfully revitalized by community fundraising and transitioned into a multi-purpose venue.

Today, the Hollywood Theatre functions as a non-profit cultural hub hosting film screenings (including independent and repertory films), live music performances – showcasing both established and emerging artists – and community events.
