Classical Concerts in The Hague

Experience Nederlands Kamerkoor live on September 25th

Nederlands Kamerkoor is renowned as one of the world’s leading choral ensembles, specializing in a diverse repertoire spanning from Renaissance polyphony to contemporary compositions. The choir frequently commissions new works and is known for its innovative programming, often incorporating collaborations with artists from various disciplines. Their performances emphasize vocal clarity, expressive interpretation, and a commitment to both historical performance practice and modern sensibilities.

The concert on September 25th, 2026 will be held at Nieuwe Kerk (New Church) in The Hague. Originally constructed between 1649 and 1654, Nieuwe Kerk was built as a church for the growing Protestant community in the city, intended as a sister church to the Binnenhof’s Grote Kerk. Following a period of decline in the 19th century, it underwent extensive restoration in the early 20th century and now serves primarily as a venue for national events, exhibitions, and concerts.

The building's architecture reflects Dutch Classicism, featuring a prominent tower that has become a landmark of The Hague.
