The NDR Vokalensemble will perform at Kulturkirche Altona Gemeinnützige Gmbh in Hamburg on September 18, 2026. They frequently commission new works and are known for their precise intonation, blend, and interpretive depth across diverse choral literature – including sacred, secular, and jazz-influenced pieces.

Kulturkirche Altona Gemeinnützige Gmbh is a cultural center housed within the former St. Nicolai church in Hamburg’s Altona district. Originally consecrated in 1903, the church underwent secularization following damage during World War II and was subsequently repurposed as a community and cultural venue in the 1980s. The building retains significant architectural features of its original Neo-Gothic design.
