The Janoska Ensemble is scheduled to perform in Praha 1, Prague, Czechia on July 21, 2026. This ensemble is recognized for its distinctive blend of classical music with influences from jazz, Roma traditions, and world music. Formed by four brothers – Ondrej, Jozef, František and Roman Janoska – their performances typically feature arrangements of classical masterpieces alongside original compositions showcasing virtuosic instrumental skills and improvisational elements. They are particularly known for their energetic stage presence and genre-bending approach to chamber music, often incorporating percussive techniques on their string instruments.

Praha 1 represents the historical core of Prague, encompassing Old Town Square, Charles Bridge, Wenceslas Square and Prague Castle. It’s a district rich in architectural heritage spanning numerous periods including Romanesque, Gothic, Renaissance, Baroque and Art Nouveau styles.
