Guarneri Trio Prague will perform at the Rudolfinum in Prague, Czechia on January 20, 2027. The ensemble is internationally recognized for its interpretations of chamber music, particularly works from the classical and romantic periods, alongside significant contributions to contemporary repertoire. Their playing is characterized by a refined sound, technical precision, and a deep understanding of musical structure, often noted for a lyrical quality and expressive phrasing. The trio consists of pianist Petr Jandáček, violinist Čestmír Vyleta, and cellist Martin Farkač.

The Rudolfinum serves as one of Prague’s premier concert halls and is historically significant as the location of the first public performance of Antonín Dvořák’s Symphony No. 9 “From the New World” in 1893. Originally built to house the Czech Academy of Fine Arts, Music and Architecture – hence its name derived from “Rudolf” – it opened in 1884. The building's architecture reflects Neo-Renaissance styling and features a grand façade adorned with sculptures representing various artistic disciplines.
