Gillian Margot is a Danish-born, Berlin-based musician whose work blends elements of dream pop, electronic music, and ambient soundscapes. Her compositions often feature layered vocals, atmospheric synthesizers, and introspective lyrical themes exploring themes of memory, identity, and the natural world. She released her debut album *Luna* in 2022 to critical acclaim and has since toured extensively across Europe.

The venue for the performance, Epicurus, is located in the Vesterbro district of Copenhagen. Originally established as a private club in 1994 by musician Kenneth Bager, it quickly became a central hub for Copenhagen’s alternative music scene. Throughout its history, Epicurus has focused on showcasing experimental electronic music, noise, and avant-garde performances. The space is known for its intimate atmosphere and high-quality sound system; it intentionally maintains a relatively small capacity to foster close interaction between artists and audience members.
