Chanticleer, widely recognized as “the world’s reigning vocal ensemble,” will perform at the Hylton Performing Arts Center in Manassas, Virginia on November 29, 2026. The ensemble is celebrated for its precise vocal blend, imaginative programming, and charismatic stage presence. Their repertoire spans a broad range of styles, from Renaissance polyphony to contemporary compositions and jazz arrangements, often incorporating a cappella performance practice. Chanticleer is known for exploring diverse musical traditions and commissioning new works.

The Hylton Performing Arts Center, which opened in 2010, serves as a major cultural hub for Prince William County and the surrounding region. It’s part of the George Mason University’s College of Visual and Performing Arts and aims to provide access to nationally and internationally touring artists. The center features two primary venues: the Merchant Hall, a 1,197-seat proscenium theater designed for a variety of performances including Broadway shows and concerts; and the Gregory Family Theater, a more intimate 150-seat space suited for smaller ensembles and lectures.
