The concert hall within is notable for its “vineyard” terracing of seats surrounding the stage, designed to create an intimate connection between performers and audience. Acoustically, the hall is lauded for its exceptional clarity and warmth achieved through innovative design elements including specially designed acoustic panels and diffusion systems. The building also houses residential apartments, a hotel and public viewing platforms offering panoramic city views.
