Lucerna - Velký sál ("Lucerna – Great Hall") is a significant cultural venue in Prague, opened in 1920 as part of the Lucerna Palace complex. Designed by architect Vratislav Pasovský, the hall is notable for its Art Nouveau and Functionalist architectural elements, most famously its inverted pyramid suspended from the ceiling. Throughout its history, it has hosted a diverse range of events including concerts (classical and popular music), film premieres, balls, exhibitions and significant political gatherings. The hall has seen performances by numerous internationally renowned artists across various genres.
