The Hallé, a renowned British symphony orchestra with a history dating back to 1848, will perform at Bridgewater Hall in Manchester on March 20, 2027. The orchestra is celebrated for its broad repertoire encompassing classical standards through to contemporary compositions, and has a particular association with the works of Elgar, Holst and Delius. Throughout its existence, The Hallé has maintained a commitment to both traditional orchestral performance and innovative programming.

Bridgewater Hall, opened in 1996, is Manchester’s international concert hall and a significant cultural venue within the United Kingdom. Designed by Renton, Eggert & Cole Associates and acoustically designed by Rob Harris, it was specifically built to address Manchester's lack of a suitable large-scale performance space. The hall is known for its excellent acoustics, consistently ranked amongst the best in Europe, achieved through meticulous design featuring adjustable acoustic elements. It hosts a diverse range of performances including classical music concerts, contemporary music events and orchestral recordings. The hall’s architecture incorporates natural materials like oak and granite and is situated close to the River Irwell within the city centre.
