L'Auditori, opened in 1999, serves as Barcelona’s main concert hall and a key venue for musical activity in the city. Designed by Rafael Moneo, its architecture incorporates elements of both modernism and Catalan tradition. The building houses three halls: the Gran Hall Pau Casals – the primary space for symphonic concerts – the Sala de Cambra Oriol Martorell for chamber music, and the Sala Antoni Gaudí dedicated to smaller events and educational activities. It is home to the Barcelona Symphony Orchestra (OBC) and the Barcelona Municipal Band.
