Scott Bradlee’s Postmodern Jukebox will perform at Charleston Music Hall on October 14, 2026. The ensemble is known for reimagining popular modern songs in vintage styles, primarily those of the 1920s-1950s – including jazz, blues, ragtime and early rock and roll. Bradlee founded the project in 2009, initially as a way to explore different musical arrangements and has since grown it into a globally recognized act with a rotating collective of musicians. Their arrangements often feature unexpected instrumentation and vocal stylings applied to contemporary hits.

Charleston Music Hall occupies a building with a rich history dating back to 1883. Originally constructed as the Grand Opera House, it served as a primary entertainment venue for Charleston for decades, hosting vaudeville acts, theatrical performances, and musical concerts. Following periods of decline and renovation throughout the 20th century, it was restored and reopened as Charleston Music Hall in 2009. The venue maintains much of its original architectural detail including ornate plasterwork and tiered seating.
