Orchestre national Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, a prominent French orchestra, will perform at Théâtre municipal L'Empreinte in Brive-la-Gaillarde on July 9th, 2026. The orchestra’s repertoire spans a broad range of musical periods, with a particular focus on both the classical and romantic traditions, alongside contemporary compositions and works by composers from the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. They are known for their dynamic performances and commitment to accessibility, often incorporating educational initiatives alongside their concert schedule.

Théâtre municipal L'Empreinte opened in 2016 and serves as a key cultural venue for Brive-la-Gaillarde and the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region. Designed by architects Auer Weber Associés, the theatre is notable for its modern architecture and flexible spaces, accommodating a variety of performing arts including theatre, dance, music, and cinema. It replaced the older Théâtre des Capucins which was destroyed by fire in 2013. L’Empreinte aims to be a multi-disciplinary space fostering artistic creation and regional cultural development; it has a capacity of approximately 600 seats for performances.
