New Cool Collective is a Dutch band known for their distinctive blend of jazz, funk, soul, and hip-hop influences. Formed in the early 1990s, they’ve developed a reputation for energetic live performances and a sound often described as ‘nu-jazz’ – incorporating elements of improvisation with groove-based rhythms and accessible melodies. The group typically features a horn section, rhythm section, and often incorporates vocalists or DJs. Throughout their career, they've released numerous albums and collaborated with various artists across genres.

Cpunt Theater is a cultural center located in Hoofddorp, Netherlands. Originally opened in 1996, it serves as a venue for a diverse range of performing arts including theater productions, dance performances, concerts, and comedy shows. The theater is designed to be a flexible space accommodating both large-scale productions and more intimate performances. It’s part of the Haarlemmermeer municipality’s cultural infrastructure and aims to provide accessible arts experiences for the local community and beyond. Cpunt Theater regularly hosts both nationally and internationally recognized artists alongside local talent. The building itself underwent renovations in 2018 to improve facilities and accessibility.
