Kika Sprangers is a Dutch composer and performer whose work blends elements of contemporary classical, jazz, and improvisation. Her music often features the harmonium, alongside piano and electronic processing, creating atmospheric and emotionally resonant soundscapes. Recurring themes in her compositions explore introspection, nature, and the interplay between fragility and strength. She has released several albums to critical acclaim, including *Parallel Lines* and *Guiding Light*, and frequently performs solo and with collaborative projects.

De Woudkapel is a former chapel located in Bilthoven, Netherlands, now functioning as a unique concert venue and cultural centre. Originally built in 1927 as part of the Willem Arntsz Schouwburg complex – a rehabilitation centre for people with tuberculosis – the building served a religious function for patients. Following the closure of the Schouwburg in 1978, the chapel fell into disuse before being renovated and reopened as a performance space in 2015.

The venue is known for its intimate atmosphere and distinctive acoustics, owing to its original architectural design. It hosts a diverse program of concerts spanning genres including classical, jazz, world music, and experimental sounds.
