Keitaro Harada is a Japanese pianist recognized for his interpretations of Romantic and Impressionistic composers, particularly Chopin and Debussy, alongside a growing repertoire of contemporary works. He gained international recognition after winning the Gold Medal at the 2018 Arthur Rubinstein International Piano Competition.
The concert on December 6th, 2026 will be held at Suntory Hall, Tokyo. Opened in 1972, Suntory Hall is renowned for its exceptional acoustics, designed in collaboration with acoustician Yasuhisa Toyota. It was built by the Suntory beverage company as a contribution to Japan’s cultural landscape and quickly became a premier venue for classical music performances. The hall’s design incorporates a “vineyard” style seating arrangement – inspired by the Berlin Philharmonie – which surrounds the stage, providing excellent sound distribution to all areas.
Suntory Hall regularly hosts leading international orchestras, chamber ensembles, and soloists. Its reputation stems from its meticulous acoustic engineering and commitment to high-quality musical presentation.
