Jools Holland & his Rhythm & Blues Orchestra will perform at Scala in Leverkusen, Germany on March 24, 2027. Holland is a British musician, singer, pianist and broadcaster best known for his work in rhythm and blues, boogie-woogie and jazz. His musical style frequently incorporates elements of swing, soul and rock and roll, often featuring guest vocalists alongside his orchestra’s instrumental prowess. He rose to prominence as keyboardist with Squeeze in the late 1970s and early 1980s before establishing a successful solo career and hosting the long-running BBC music programme *Later… with Jools Holland*.

Scala Leverkusen is a renowned concert venue situated within the Forum Kongress + Kulturzentrum Leverkusen. Originally opening in 1973, it underwent extensive renovation and re-opened in 2021 after a period of closure due to structural concerns. The venue is recognized for its excellent acoustics and intimate atmosphere, holding approximately 850 attendees. It hosts a diverse range of performances including concerts spanning various genres – from rock and pop to classical music – as well as theatrical productions and conferences.
