Hayden Thorpe will perform at The Sugar Club in Dublin, Ireland on February 2nd, 2027. Thorpe is a British musician formerly known as a member of the art-pop band Wild Beasts, and now pursuing a solo career. His music generally blends elements of art rock, folk, and electronic music, often characterized by distinctive falsetto vocals, complex arrangements, and introspective lyrical themes. Recent work incorporates influences from classical composition and experimental sound design.

The Sugar Club is a renowned venue located within Dublin’s Iveagh Gardens. Originally established in 1989 by Irish businessman Louis Fitzgerald, it quickly became central to Dublin’s nightlife and music scene during the late 1980s and 1990s. The venue hosted early performances by numerous internationally recognized artists including U2, Van Morrison and Sinead O'Connor.

Following a period of closure for refurbishment in the early 2000s, The Sugar Club reopened with a focus on live music events spanning various genres – jazz, soul, indie and alternative being frequently represented.
