Ezra Collective is a British quintet known for their energetic and innovative approach to jazz. Their music blends elements of jazz improvisation with Afrobeat, grime, and hip-hop influences, creating a sound that is both deeply rooted in tradition and distinctly contemporary. Formed in 2015, the group has gained international recognition for their dynamic live performances and critically acclaimed albums, including “You Can’t Steal My Joy” which won the Mercury Prize in 2023.

Carlswerk Victoria is a former industrial complex located in the Ehrenfeld district of Cologne, Germany. Originally built as a machine factory in the late 19th century, it underwent conversion into a cultural and event venue starting in the 1990s. The site retains much of its original industrial architecture – high ceilings, exposed brickwork, and large open spaces – contributing to its unique atmosphere. Today, Carlswerk hosts a diverse range of events including concerts, exhibitions, markets and club nights. It's recognized as an important location within Cologne’s alternative cultural scene and frequently features both established and emerging artists across various genres. The venue’s capacity allows for both intimate gatherings and larger scale performances.
