The Birchmere Music Hall in Alexandria, Virginia, is a renowned live music venue with a significant history in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area. Opened in 1980 by Gary Oelrich, it quickly became a popular spot for both established artists and up-and-coming musicians across various genres, including folk, country, bluegrass, and rock.
