The Anvil is a 1,400-seat performing arts venue located in the centre of Basingstoke, Hampshire. Opened in 1998, it serves as a key cultural hub for the region, hosting a diverse programme of music, theatre, dance, comedy and family entertainment. The venue was designed by architects Cullum & Nightingale and is noted for its acoustic quality and flexible auditorium space which allows for varied stage configurations.
