The Brigham Young University (BYU) Philharmonic Orchestra is scheduled to perform at the Royal Northern College of Music (RNCM) in Manchester, United Kingdom on October 16, 2026. The BYU Philharmonic is recognized for its performances of standard orchestral repertoire, alongside a commitment to contemporary works and those by composers with ties to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The RNCM holds a prominent position as one of the United Kingdom’s leading conservatoires, offering specialized music education at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Founded in 1893 as the Manchester School of Music, it gained Royal status in 1970 and college status in 1987.
