Bonnie “Prince” Billy, the moniker of Will Oldham, will perform at the Aladdin Theater in Portland, Oregon on January 30, 2027. The Aladdin Theater originally opened in 1925 as a silent movie house named the Montavilla Theatre. Throughout its history it operated under several names including the Bagdad Theater and the Eastport Playhouse before becoming the Aladdin Theater in 1998. The venue underwent significant renovations in 2006 following a fire and now operates as a primarily live music venue with a capacity of approximately 750 people. It retains much of its original architectural detailing including ornate plasterwork and art deco features.
