Banda Municipal de Barcelona will perform at L'Auditori, Barcelona on April 4, 2027. The Banda Municipal de Barcelona is a longstanding civic wind band with a repertoire spanning original compositions for band, transcriptions of orchestral works, and arrangements of popular and traditional Catalan music. Established in 1891, the band historically played a significant role in Barcelona’s public life, performing in parks and plazas; today it balances these outdoor performances with concerts in major venues.

L'Auditori is Barcelona’s main concert hall, inaugurated in 1999. Designed by Rafael Moneo, its architecture incorporates elements of both modernism and Catalan tradition. It’s home to the Orquestra Simfònica de Barcelona Nacional de Catalunya (OBC) and the Barcelona Symphony Orchestra Foundation. The building features two halls: the Sala Sinfónica, renowned for its acoustics and capacity of approximately 2,200 people, and the Sala de Cambra, a smaller chamber music hall. L'Auditori regularly hosts international orchestras, soloists, and ensembles across various musical genres.
