Experience Yannick Nézet-Séguin live on December 8th

Yannick Nézet-Séguin will conduct a concert at the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts in Miami, Florida on December 8, 2026. Nézet-Séguin is a French-Canadian conductor internationally recognized for his energetic and insightful interpretations of classical repertoire, ranging from Baroque to contemporary works. He frequently champions lesser-known composers alongside established masters and is known for a deeply collaborative approach with orchestras and soloists, prioritizing emotional depth and clarity in performance. He currently serves as Music Director of the Philadelphia Orchestra and the Metropolitan Opera in New York City, among other prominent positions.

The Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts opened in December 2006, revitalizing a significant portion of downtown Miami’s cultural landscape. It comprises several performance venues including the Ziff Ballet Opera House, the John S. and James L. Knight Concert Hall, the Carnival Studio Four, and the smaller Peacock Second Stage. The center was originally named the Miami Performing Arts Center but was renamed in 2008 following a substantial donation from philanthropist Adrienne Arsht. Designed by architect Arquitectonica, its striking modern design has become an iconic feature of the Miami skyline.
