Wilco is scheduled to perform at Germania Insurance Amphitheater in Austin, Texas on July 4, 2026. The band is known for its diverse musical style, often categorized as alternative rock, but incorporating elements of folk, country, jazz, and experimental music. Formed in 1994 from the remnants of The Jayhawks and Uncle Tupelo, Wilco has consistently evolved its sound throughout its career, gaining critical acclaim for albums like *Yankee Hotel Foxtrot* and *A Ghost is Born*.

Germania Insurance Amphitheater is an outdoor venue located in Austin’s Circuit of the Americas entertainment district. Opened in 2019, it has a capacity of approximately 14,000, including both reserved seating and a large lawn area. The amphitheater is designed to host a variety of events including concerts, festivals and other live performances. It features state-of-the-art sound and lighting systems. The venue’s location within the Circuit of the Americas complex allows for integration with other entertainment options available at the racetrack and surrounding areas. It replaced the former Zilker Park Hillside Theater as a major outdoor music venue in Austin.
