we are ALVA is a German musical duo creating electronic soundscapes often described as melodic deep house and atmospheric techno. Their productions frequently incorporate organic instrumentation and field recordings alongside synthesized elements, resulting in a sound that balances club-focused energy with introspective moods. The project began in 2015 and has released music on labels including Stil Vor Talent and Stey You Mad.

Schloss-Cafe Lorettoberg is a venue located within the grounds of the former Lorettoberg monastery near Freiburg im Breisgau. Originally constructed in the 17th century, the building served religious purposes until secularization in the early 19th century. It subsequently transitioned into a cafe and event space. The location is known for its historical architecture, including baroque elements, and its position overlooking the city of Freiburg. The cafe regularly hosts cultural events, including concerts, often focusing on genres like jazz, classical music, and electronic music. Its intimate setting and unique ambiance contribute to its appeal as a performance venue. The surrounding parkland offers additional outdoor space utilized during events when weather permits.
