Experience The King's Singers live on July 19th
The King’s Singers will perform at the Kurhaus Wiesbaden on July 19, 2026. The ensemble is a British vocal sextet renowned for its a cappella performance style, encompassing arrangements of pop, jazz, classical and folk music alongside original compositions. Formed in 1968 at King’s College, Cambridge, they are celebrated for their technical precision, harmonic richness and engaging stage presence. Throughout their career, the group has consistently pushed the boundaries of vocal music and commissioned works from numerous contemporary composers.
The Kurhaus Wiesbaden itself holds significant historical and architectural importance. Opened in 1904, it was designed by Friedrich von Thiersch in the Neo-Renaissance style and quickly became a central hub for social life in Wiesbaden. Originally conceived as a combined bathhouse and casino, it evolved to primarily function as a convention centre and concert hall. The building features a distinctive glazed hall – the *Kurhauskolonnaden* – which are a prominent landmark of the city. It has hosted numerous notable events throughout its history including political conferences and cultural performances.
