The Glenn Miller Orchestra is scheduled to perform at Brucknerhaus, Linz, Austria on October 16, 2026. Originally founded by Glenn Miller in 1938, the orchestra achieved immense popularity with hits like “In the Mood,” “Moonlight Serenade,” and “Pennsylvania 6-5000.” Following Miller’s disappearance in 1944, the orchestra was reformed and has continued to tour internationally under various leaderships, maintaining a commitment to preserving Miller’s musical legacy.

Brucknerhaus, the venue for this concert, opened in 1960 and is a significant cultural center in Linz. Designed by architect Roland Rainer, it's notable for its modernist architectural style and its prominent location on the Danube River. The hall is specifically designed for excellent acoustics and primarily hosts classical music performances, including orchestral concerts, chamber music recitals, and opera productions.
