TBC is scheduled to perform at Symphony Hall, Birmingham on February 27, 2027. Symphony Hall opened in September 1991 and is widely regarded as one of the finest concert halls in the United Kingdom, and indeed the world, due to its exceptional acoustics. Designed by Renton, Eggert & Williams, the hall was specifically engineered to provide an optimal listening experience, notably avoiding parallel surfaces to minimise unwanted reflections. It is the home of the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra but hosts a diverse range of performances including classical, jazz, rock, pop, and world music events.

The hall’s auditorium has a capacity of approximately 2,200 seats and features a distinctive shoebox shape traditionally favoured for orchestral performance. Its construction incorporated a ‘floating’ floor to further isolate the hall from external vibrations ensuring clarity of sound. Symphony Hall consistently ranks highly in international surveys assessing concert hall acoustics.
