Konserthuset Stockholm, inaugurated in 1926, is Sweden’s national concert hall and a prominent venue for musical performances. Designed by architect Ivar Tengbom, it’s renowned for its exceptional acoustics, achieved through careful architectural planning and the use of specific materials. The hall's design draws inspiration from the Golden Ratio and features a distinctive blue color scheme within its main hall, known as the “Blue Hall” (Blå Hallen). Throughout its history, Konserthuset has hosted numerous internationally acclaimed orchestras, conductors and soloists and is also the venue for the annual Nobel Prize banquet. It remains a central hub for classical music in Scandinavia.
