Lyssarides is a French-Swedish composer and pianist known for a musical style often described as neo-romantic with minimalist influences. He often incorporates elements of improvisation within structured forms.

Konserthuset Stockholm opened in 1926 and is renowned for its exceptional acoustics. Designed by architect Ivar Tengbom, the building is considered a prime example of Swedish Classicism. The main concert hall boasts a unique “shoe-box” shape specifically engineered for optimal sound diffusion – inspired by the Musikverein in Vienna – and features decor incorporating materials like birch trees and Swedish marble.

Throughout its history, Konserthuset has been the home of the Royal Stockholm Philharmonic Orchestra and hosts a wide range of classical music performances, including orchestral concerts, chamber music recitals, and solo performances.
