Historically, Konserthuset has been closely associated with the Nobel Prize ceremonies; it serves as the location for the Nobel Banquet held annually on December 10th. The Royal Stockholm Philharmonic Orchestra performs at this banquet each year. The hall regularly hosts a diverse program including orchestral concerts, chamber music performances and other musical events throughout the year.
