Quatuor Métamorphoses, a string quartet founded in 2011, will perform at Cité Bleue in Geneva, Switzerland on May 16, 2027. Cité Bleue is a cultural venue located in the Servette district of Geneva. Originally constructed as a municipal swimming pool in the 1930s – designed by architect Louis Duret – it underwent renovation and transformation into a multidisciplinary arts space in the early 2000s. The building retains elements of its Art Deco origins while functioning as a platform for diverse artistic expressions including music, theatre, dance, and visual arts. Its acoustics are noted as being particularly well-suited to chamber music performances due to its unique architectural design and careful acoustic treatment during renovations.
