Phantoms is an electronic music duo known for their melodic house and progressive house sound, often incorporating elements of indie dance and nu-disco. Formed in 2012 by Scott Hansen (of Tycho) and Chris Branca, the group has released music through prominent labels like Anjunadeep and Counter Records, gaining recognition for atmospheric textures and emotive compositions. They frequently utilize vocal samples alongside layered synthesizers and driving basslines.

United Kingdom Drive is a relatively new outdoor venue located in Austin, Texas, opening in late 2024. Situated near the intersection of Highway 71 and FM 969, the space was developed as part of a larger mixed-use project aiming to bring live entertainment options to the eastern outskirts of the city. The venue is designed to accommodate both covered and open-air concert experiences, with a focus on providing clear sightlines and quality sound systems. It’s positioned to become a significant mid-sized concert location within Austin’s diverse music scene, filling a gap between smaller clubs and larger amphitheaters. The area surrounding United Kingdom Drive is currently undergoing residential and commercial development.
