Orchestra Nova, a chamber orchestra founded in 2014 and based in Vienna, Austria, specializes in historically informed performances of music from the 18th and 19th centuries. The ensemble focuses particularly on works by composers like Haydn, Mozart, Beethoven, and Schubert, prioritizing research into performance practices of the Classical and early Romantic periods. This venue holds significant cultural importance as the home of the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra and one of the world’s most prestigious concert halls.
