Orchestra della Svizzera Italiana (OSI) is a Swiss-Italian orchestra renowned for its versatile repertoire spanning from Baroque to contemporary music, with a particular focus on Italian and Swiss composers. Sala Docks Lugano is a significant cultural venue located in the heart of Lugano, Switzerland. Originally constructed as part of a larger industrial complex in the 1950s, it underwent extensive renovation in the early 2000s transforming it into a modern concert hall and event space. The design, by architects Mario Botta and Franco Stella, retains elements of its industrial past while incorporating contemporary architectural features, notably its striking red facade.
