New Cool Collective will perform at De Gelderlandfabriek in Culemborg, Netherlands on December 3rd, 2026. The band is a Dutch ensemble known for their distinctive blend of jazz, funk, soul, and hip-hop influences, often described as “nu-jazz.” Formed in the early 1990s, they gained prominence for revitalizing instrumental jazz with a danceable edge and incorporating elements from various contemporary music genres. Their sound features tight horn arrangements, compelling grooves, and improvisational interplay between musicians.

De Gelderlandfabriek is a cultural centre housed within a former factory building – originally a factory producing Gelderland furniture – located in Culemborg. The building underwent significant renovation in the late 1990s to transform it into a multi-purpose venue. It now hosts a diverse program of concerts, theatre performances, exhibitions, and other cultural events. The space retains architectural features reflective of its industrial past, offering a unique atmosphere for performances. It’s recognized as a regional hub for arts and culture and is known for its intimate setting conducive to live music experiences.
