Bulgaria Hall in Sofia serves as one of Bulgaria’s primary concert venues. Originally constructed in 1937, it was initially named the “Worker’s House” and intended as a cultural center for trade unions. Following political changes in the early 1990s, it was renamed Bulgaria Hall. The hall underwent significant renovations completed in 2023, restoring its original architectural features while modernizing its acoustic capabilities and technical infrastructure. It boasts a main concert hall with approximately 926 seats known for its excellent acoustics and ornate interior design reflecting the architectural styles prevalent during its construction period. Throughout its history, Bulgaria Hall has hosted performances by prominent Bulgarian and international musicians across diverse genres including classical music, opera, ballet and more.
