Molchat Doma, a Belarusian post-punk band formed in Minsk in 2017, will be performing at the Boulder Theater on September 9, 2026. Their music is characterized by its minimalist arrangements, prominent basslines, and vocalist Kirill Belonozhko’s distinctive baritone delivery, often sung in Russian. The Boulder Theater originally opened in 1906 as the Boulder Opera House, hosting vaudeville acts and traveling performances. The building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It's known for its intimate setting and excellent acoustics, accommodating both seated and standing room arrangements depending on the performance.
