Lise de la Salle, a French-American pianist known for her intensely focused and poetic interpretations, will perform at Konserthuset Stockholm on April 18, 2027. De la Salle’s repertoire spans a broad range, from Baroque to contemporary works, frequently showcasing composers like Rachmaninoff, Prokofiev, and Liszt. Her playing is often described as possessing both technical brilliance and emotional depth, characterized by a refined touch and a compelling stage presence. She gained international recognition after winning the Young Concert Artists International Auditions in 2004.

Konserthuset Stockholm, inaugurated in 1926, is Sweden’s national concert hall and a landmark building in the city. Designed by architect Ivar Tengbom, it’s renowned for its exceptional acoustics, achieved through careful consideration of its shape and materials – notably the use of pine wood in the interior construction.
